The Coalition of Essential Schools is looking forward to our 25th
Anniversary CES Fall Forum, this November 5-7 in New Orleans. The Fall
Forum is CES's primary networking and professional development event,
bringing together several thousand educators, students, parents, and
leading thinkers in education from around the world to exchange ideas,
ask questions, and share insights about effective school practices and
designs. The conference consists of workshops, interest group
gatherings, critical friends conversations, and opportunities for
pre-conference school visits on Thursday, November 5.
CES is looking for 3-4 more New Orleans schools who are interested in
hosting a pre-conference school visit for a small group of Fall Forum
participants on Thursday, November 5. CES School Visits are intended to
be mutually beneficial exchanges that offer participants an opportunity
to observe compelling examples of best and emerging practices, while
giving host schools a chance to gain exposure and dialogue with a group
of critical friends.
Those schools selected to host a school visit will receive up to 3 Fall
Forum conference fee waivers.
Please contact me ASAP if your school is interested or you can help me
broker any relationships with New Orleans schools that might be
interested in hosting. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
