Was that supposed to be funny?
I find that one of the rudest posts I've ever read.

New Publication - Inspiring Action: Museums and Social Change

In this groundbreaking new book, leading museum professionals contribute
practical and inspiring essays on how their institutions are responding to
the new social challenges of the 21st century.

Helping rehabilitate young offenders. Reskilling long-term unemployed
people. Providing new enjoyment for the elderly. Working alongside
disadvantaged minorities. The case studies in this book share pioneering
museum experience from the USA, Europe, Australia and Africa. They explore
the theory and practice of building social inclusion into museum and gallery
programmes.

These case studies are powerful, often moving - and an inspiration to
action.

Among the institutions whose innovative programmes feature in the book's 320
pages are:

    * Tate Modern
    * Victoria & Albert Museum
    * Royal Armouries
    * Tower of London
    * Clarke Art Institute, Wiliamstown, USA
    * Weeksville Heritage, Brooklyn, USA
    * Museum Victoria, Melbourne, Australia
    * Durban Art Gallery, South Africa

As a powerful and privileged white person, I noticed that the workshop features a continental breakfast.?Based on my conference experiences I am assuming that the unnamed continent is not Africa, Asia, Australia, or the Americas.

How could an event that wants to stamp out?white supremacy be so blind as to foist?upon all attendees platters of cold danishes and hot coffee with cream and sugar, all of which are?centuries-old manifestations of capitalist Euro-tyranny. Surely I am not the first person to notice this culinary attack on peoples of color, as hungry as they may find themselves?on a cool Seattle morning.?

Please advise.
