(NAME-MCE) Conference Proposal Submission Deadline Conditionally Extended to 12 Midnight EST Tomorrow April 22, 2009

Dear NAME Colleagues,

Due to some inadvertent technology challenges with the online proposal  
submission system yesterday, many folks who live in the Central,  
Mountain, Pacific, and Hawaiian time zones were unable to submit their  
proposals up to the midnight deadline in their respective time zones.   
To rectify this situation, we have reopened the system and will accept  
proposals though midnight EASTERN STANDARD TIME tomorrow, April 22,  
2009.

We apologize for any challenges you encountered yesterday.  The good  
news is that we have had a TREMENDOUS response to the call for  
proposals, boding very, very well for the quality of our 2009  
Conference Agenda and vibrancy of our attendees!  Looking forward to  
seeing you ALL in Denver very soon!
