How about Robert Coles' Ruby about Ruby Bridges?

Subject: (NAME-MCE) Looking for good anti-racist books for children
Hi everyone
I'm working on a nonfiction book for elementary school kids about
racism.
Can anyone recommend any good anti-racist books, graphic novels, games,
websites, or films for kids - fiction or nonfiction? (note: there is a
difference between "antiracist" and "multicultural.")
Most of the books I've come across are very bland and anti-historical
in their analysis.
Are there holes in anti-racist educational material that need to be
filled? What are you looking for that you have not been able to find?
Thanks
