Subject: (NAME-MCE) Multicultural Educ best practices

My name is Rebecca Thomas Geary and I am a graduate student at Lesley
University in Cambridge, MA. pursuing a Master's with a focus on
multicultural and global education for pre-K through 6th grades. I am also
a second year administrator of color at an independent school. I need your
help for my next step in my writing, to compile answers to the following
questions. Please help and respond as soon as you are willing and able:
. As teachers/administrators have you developed any guiding principles
or practices that drive your philosophy or approach to multicultural
and/or global education-would you be willing to share those?
  . Would you identify 2 or 3 books, readings, and/or talks/speakers that
have influenced those practices? If there are speakers that you
recommend for faculty professional development, please advise those as
    well.
