Reporting to the Provost, the Dean is the chief academic and administrative
officer of the College of Education, Nursing and Health Professions. The
successful candidate will have significant administrative experience, will
demonstrate leadership qualities as evidenced by the ability to manage a
complex academic enterprise collaboratively, and will have a proven record
of fundraising and outreach efforts. The Dean will work closely with faculty
and staff to enhance the College¹s prominence, distinctiveness, and
visibility; create synergies within the College and throughout the
University; provide energetic and flexible leadership; and  foster
excellence in teaching, research, scholarship, and service to the community.
