Great stories from GYSD 2008 are pouring in from across the country and
around the world.  Thank you for all you've done to make this year's
event the best one yet!

 

A few follow-up items to share with you:

 

1) Highlights from Global Youth Service Day 2008

 

We'll be collecting data and preparing the Final Report over the next
month or so. In the meantime, I wanted to share the attached preliminary
report, highlighting some of the great efforts led by young people.

2) Encourage Affiliates to Post Project Results and Share Photos/Videos 

 

As we prepare the Final Report, I'd like to ask your help to assess the
collective impact of our efforts and continue to improve the event in
the following two ways:

To help Youth Service America report on the collective impact of young
people on Global Youth Service Day, please post your project results!
Encourage others you know to post their projects too. Your feedback will
