Hi Tracey,
I know that Nova Southeastern University, Florida has great online
programs in their Fishler Graduate School of Education http://
www.schoolofed.nova.edu/
I'm not sure if there are concentration in diversity but there is one
in conflict resolution which will focus heavily on multiculturalism.
