Paul. I think it would serve your project well not to exclude 
jurisdictions outside of the US. Please reconsider - Canada, for example, 
has an official policy (and legislation) on multiculturalism and I know of 
at least one post-graduate degree program that addresses 
diversity/inclusion/equity in its curricula. See
