(NAME-MCE) Hawaiian culture and language test that helps people see how culture and language matter

Dear NAME members,
  Does anyone have a copy of or have access to a test that has Hawaiian terms that is a great way for students to see how language and culture matter? I have used it in the past but can't find it now among my things.
  I would be so grateful if someone could point me in the direction of how to get a copy or send me a copy if you have it.
