Job Description:     The Spring Lake Park School District is currently
seeking an outstanding educational leader for the position of Director
of Business Services or Assistant Superintendent for Administration
(title to be determined upon selection of successful candidate).  The
successful candidate will provide district level operational systems
leadership in business services, facility and transportation operations,
and food services.  The successful candidate will provide operational
oversight in a collaborative environment with the Assistant
Superintendent as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet.
 
Job
Requirements:         Successful candidates will possess the following
education/ experience:
 
                                   Advanced business degree with
experience in educational operations or an advanced degree in
Administration with CPA and/or Minnesota administrative licensure
strongly preferred.
 
                                   Applicable business experience or
classroom teaching experience with business administration.
 
                                   Experience working in an ethnic
multicultural setting and with diverse groups of people.
 
                                   Experience as an educational
administrator with central office experience preferred.
 
Salary
Range:                      $123,500 - $135,500, excluding benefits
