Award-winning film director Carole Hart is planning to release the
feature-length film, "For the Next 7 Generations: the Grandmothers Speak"
(_www.forthenext7generations.com_ (http://www.forthenext7generations.com/)
) this October! Funding is beginning to flow in, and the pace of production is
picking up. Carole and her crew have been filming the Grandmothers since the
founding of the Council in
2004, and they are working with over 400 hours of footage. In addition to
creating this film, Carole is fundraising and responding to an increasing
number of requests for trailers for individuals and for film festivals. Carole's
YouTube site ( _www.youtube.com/carolehart_ (http://www.youtube.com/carolehart)
) has received over 15,000 views, with more and more every day.
All this attention is wonderful, and it's way too much for Carole to handle
by herself! Carole needs some administrative assistance for any number of
non-film-creation tasks, such as packing and mailing, errands, answering phone
calls, etc. If you live in the New York City area and can volunteer a few
hours a week to keep our film production company running at its best, please
contact Carole Hart immediately at carolehart at earthlink.net or respond to
info at grandmotherscouncil.com The work environment and the chance to work with
Carole is an amazing opportunity, and you will be helping the
Grandmothers get their message out into the world!
