Thank you, Ms. Lutenbacher.

I personally am tired of celebrating (usually style with little substance) and being the source of excitement other people's boring lives -- usually boring because they have convinced themselves that they have no culture of their own (they are the ostensibly blank slate against which the cultures of exotic peoples like mine stand out) so they have to steal other people's. They have further convinced themselves that their theft somehow constitutes paying homage to us.

It's not about excitement -- it's about justice.
