Greetings People,

In early 2007, long-time NAME member, Teja Arboleda of Entertaining  
Diversity, Inc., and NAME collaborated to create the LaMura Video  
Festival.  This festival was created to give a voice to young people  
on issues of race, culture, and identity through video storytelling.  
At last year's NAME Conference, college student May Lebo was  
introduced along with her winning entry, "A New Day".  To view May's

scoring rubric on the website.  Please note that the deadline for  
submissions for the 2008 conference in New Orleans is August 15, 2008.
