(NAME-MCE) Volunteer is South or Central America for Anti-Racism/Social Justice?

Hello,
My husband and I are trying to find volunteer opportunities in South or
Central America for a few weeks this summer working with an organization
that does social justice work, education work, or anti-racism work.  We'd
even be interested in a program that works on building houses or facilities
for community use.  However, much of what we've seen thus far is fairly
expensive (in the ball park of $5,000 per person for 3 weeks).  We're on a
