(NAME-MCE) Citation maker

Happy New Year, NAME-ists or NAME-ers or NAME members!

When I go to this address I only get a listing of being "parked" but no link - except to Go Daddy
and other pet-related products. Is this a legitimate program? I like the idea of titles and
authors too. Thanks for the suggestions and for these links.
