IJME (International Journal of Multicultural Education), a 
peer-reviewed, open-access online journal, is published 
for your use.  Committed to promoting educational equity, 
cross-cultural understanding, and global awareness in all 
levels of education, this journal is made available for 
free to scholars and students of multicultural education 
in the world.  To read the content of the journal, you 
need to register at the journal site 
(www.ijme-journa.org).  Please know that IJME succeeds 
Electronic Magazine of Multicultural Education that had 
been published for 8 years from Eastern University.  Its
