Dear NAME Colleagues,

HELLO and hope you are all well!

As email is unreliable, I am sending this message via the listserv to  
try and contact NINE people whose proposals have been accepted for the  
fall conference, but who, as of yet, have not sent in their Presenter  
Confirmation Forms confirming that they will be attending.

IF I DO NOT GET THESE FORMS BY AUGUST 8TH, YOUR SESSION WILL BE  
CANCELLED AND THE SLOT GIVEN TO SOMEONE ON THE WAITING LIST.
