(NAME-MCE) State MCE regulations

I am trying to find out which states have education laws that govern
multicultural education. The State of Maryland has their "Education that is
Multicultural " regulations. Can people tell me:
 
1)      if they know of states that have similar statutes, laws or
regulations.
2)      If you could provide me with a weblink to these sites.
