(NAME-MCE) Social Capital

My understanding of social capital is that basically it is the idea that who
you know helps you get ahead, or even more importantly the people who the
people you know, know. (if you can follow that). For instance, in getting a
job, your friend knows someone who connects you up. But if you don't have
the right friends, then nothing to connect to.

Someone correct me if I don't have this right.
