The conference is organized by representatives of various Community
Colleges and Universities in Washington state. It has around 250
attendees each year and serves as a good way to connect UW faculty
and staff of color with peers in Washington state for learning,
networking and best-practice sharing. Sending faculty and staff to
this conference is a great way to collaborate and gain new ideas
and/or present innovative programs or services that help improve the
climate, retention and/or recruitment of faculty and staff of color
on campus.
Please forward to anyone that might be interested in attending.
