Well said Susan. This ListServ should be a safe place to learn and grow.
Hopefully this past exchange will not further frighten away those who want
to test ideas and theories. Can we not separate out those who are malicious
versus those like Gina who have contributed greatly to this ListServ and
just want to become more educated? People - we need to gain and cultivate
allies. This should have been a teachable moment.
