Associate Director of Admission/Director of Multicultural Enrollment

Otterbein College, a leading private liberal arts institution located
in Westerville, OH (NE Columbus), is seeking an experienced admission
professional for the position of Associate Director of
Admission/Director of Multicultural Recruitment. The candidate is
responsible for developing, planning, implementing and coordinating
new outreach, recruitment, and yield initiatives in support of campus
diversity while managing and strengthening those already in place. As
a member of the admission team, you will participate in all aspects of
the admission process. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Master's
preferred), three or more years college enrollment or related
experience, valid driver's license, willingness to work nights and
weekends. Candidates must have demonstrated excellent oral/written
communication skills, strong organizational and collaborative skills,
and possess a track record as an effective team member. The successful
candidate will have a strong comfort level with technology and a sense
of humor.
