I am writing with good news about one of our NAME family members!


President David B. Ashley has selected NAME's very own Dr. Christine Clark
as the new Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion at the University of
Nevada, Las Vegas. In addition, Christine will maintain her teaching and
scholarly connection to multicultural education through a tenured
appointment in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the level of
full professor.


Please join me in congratulating her!


Clearly this is good news for NAME and for all of our varied work in the
field of multicultural education as well!
