JOB:  12 month Lecturer Position



Asian Pacific American Studies in the College of Liberal Arts and
Sciences at Arizona State University invites applications for a
12-month lecturer position on a renewable one-year contract.



Teaching load is 3/3/1/1 on a semester and dual summer session
schedule.  During the academic year, the lecturer will teach 2 lower
division surveys, one upper division course, and supervise APAS
certificate internships in the community, including local oral history
projects.



Preference for candidates with teaching experience, especially in areas
of Asian American and/or Pacific Islander studies and studies of race,
ethnicity, and culture. Must possess a masters or graduate emphasis in
Asian Pacific American Studies or Ethnic Studies.

Starting salary 50K, plus benefits.
