(NAME-MCE) Infused Multicultural Education Pk-12 Schools

I would be very sceptical about any claim that any school system has
"totally infused Multicultural Education" into their curriculum.  

Also, it is certainly not only about curriculum even if it is broadly
defined.  Point being that curriculum is connected to other critical
aspects of schooling and education.  If they haven't also addressed
leadership, pedagogy, school culture/climate, etc. then they couldn't be
totally infusing multicultural education into their curriculum.
