This year's OELA Summit will organize all sessions into six categories, or
strands, allowing participants to get a better sense of the breadth and
variety of topic areas and speakers.  Sessions will be divided into the
following strands:

- Professional Development
- Title III Accountability
- Language Education Program Approaches
- Early Childhood Education
- Research
- Parent and Community Outreach Groups
