Hi folks,
I am requesting some assistance on developing a multi cultural out 
reach and retention program at the small lab school where I work. 
Just this year a small portion  of my position has been dedicated to 
multi cultural outreach. We are at the very beginning of developing 
goals, practices,conceptual models, etc to increase the numbers and 
representation of students of color in our 5 year (7-12 grades) high 
school. I would be very interested in learning of successful models, 
best practices and useful resources.
