*	Assist current and prospective individual families with aid
applications by phone or in person, and monitor the ongoing status of
financial aid families in cooperation with the business office;

on college financial aid, merit programs, and financial options to
counselors, seniors, and their parents;

endowed scholars; and
*	Develop and supervise a consistent, fair approach in our
financial aid review process and in our communication to families.

required, prior admissions experience is advantageous, and prior
teaching experience will be considered a plus. Candidates should have
superb organizational abilities and excellent verbal and written
communication skills, and must have demonstrated facility at working
harmoniously and effectively with others both on an individual basis and
as part of a team. Ability to put people at ease across a broad
socioeconomic spectrum is also essential. Candidates should also exhibit
expertise in using a variety of software on a PC platform (Windows XP).
References should speak to the candidate's ability to manage a complex,
multilayered program, sensitivity and tact relative to families' needs,
and efficiency; and to his or her energy, empathy, sense of humor, and
respect for keeping private family information completely confidential.
