H*LL yes !  Jonathan Kozol cites statistics about poor, virtually all-black
schools in Brooklyn, compared to wealthy, all-white schools 30 minutes away
that are a fraction of a percentage point away from the era of legalized
segregation pre- Brown v Board of Education.
