The Office of Multicultural Affairs supports the academic success and
overall adjustment to campus life of students of color. It promotes a
holistic educational experience for the campus community by fostering
an appreciation of and respect for all cultures through programs,
curricular development and the recruitment of students, faculty and
staff. The associate director will assist in the academic success of
students through various means, including academic programming,
financial assistance, social support, general counseling and guidance.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's is preferred. Additional
preference given to candidates with administrative and/or other
experience working with students of color.
