ReachOut Trainer, New Futures - Salary: $40 - 45K Annually + Benefits,
Full time: 40 hours/week, New Futures Main Office: Burien, WA.

ReachOut Trainer offers training and consulting to promote the
delivery of culturally relevant and respectful services by
organizations that support diverse, low-income populations. Design,
plan, and deliver ReachOut's services (training, presentations,
workshops, assessment, and evaluation) in the areas of Cultural
Competency and Parent/Community Involvement. Requirements: Commitment
to the mission, vision, and values of New Futures and ReachOut;
Commitment to social justice and social change, and to promoting and
involving everyone in this process;  Demonstrated knowledge
of/commitment to Cultural Competency and Parent/Community Involvement;
 A combination of post-secondary education and 3-5 years of experience
with training/facilitation; Experience developing/writing
action-oriented training curriculum, with an emphasis on workplace
