    In response to your request for additional suggestions, I recently  
   completed a report funded by the Schott Foundation for Public 
Education    about professional development re: race and gender equity. 
It includes    a list of resources (books, movies, websites, etc.) for 
educators at    the end. You can look for it in the next few weeks at
