(Name-mce) ListServ Impact of mentoring program on mentors

Dear NAME colleagues,

I am co-directing a mentoring project in which we train college students
in mentoring skills, multicultural education, and racial identity to
work with 7-12 grade students of color.  I am looking for an instrument
I could use to measure the impact of the mentoring on the mentors.  That
is, I would like to find out how the mentoring has helped the college
mentors.  Could someone help me find an instrument that is reliable and
valid?
