The Washington State Multicultural Student Services Directors Council
invites you to apply as a session presenter for the 17th Annual Students of
Color Conference -* "Diversity in Action: Openin' Minds, Makin'
Changes!"*that will be held in Yakima, WA from
* Thursday – Saturday, April 12-14, 2007*.   Each year the Students of Color
Conference brings together over 500 participants. Most are students of color
who are emerging leaders from Washington State community college campuses.
Over the years, the conference has evolved to provide students with key
concepts of identity development, leadership skills and essential resources
that students of color need in order to have the strength to persist and
achieve academic and career success.  The deadline for submission
