The Oregon Diversity Institute (ODI) addresses historic and contemporary issues of access, social justice, human rights, and equity. ODI promotes respectful, open and honest interactions among people and communities of diverse abilities and backgrounds.

"Beyond Diversity: Taking Action!" is a call to move beyond buzz words and find out what it takes to move   forward. Over the past years, out of many global crises and issues, we have found new opportunities for reflection,  collaboration, and renewal to improve the human condition. By providing new themes and formats for this conference, we hope to share lessons learned, and gain insight and energy along the way.
