I've been lurking on this list for several years, and I though I  
could make a contribution here. Here's a more domain specific list  
for science and multiculturalism, I'm not wed to this order at all,  
and I've tried to include both generally agreed upon touchstone works  
as well as important works that are probably less well known in  
education, but are key texts in anthro and soc of science.
