Please encourage graduate students and junior faculty to apply for the 
American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE) Fellows 
Program.  Each year, AAHHE funds graduate students and junior faculty 
(open to all disciplines) to attend our national conference. The 
national conference will be held March 9-11, 2007, in Costa Mesa, 
California. Our web-site (www.aahhe.org <http://www.aahhe.org/>) 
further describes this program and has an on-line application process.
