Addressing Disparities in Education - Sessions for Summer 2007!

  <http://www.nccjstl.org/programs/institutes/drie/> NCCJSTL will
deliver multiple sessions of its six day training institute for
educators.  Formerly known as the  Dismantling Racism Institute for
Educators <http://www.nccjstl.org/programs/institutes/drie/> (DRIE),
NCCJSTL's Education Equity Institutes will take place at ToddHall Retreat
Center in Columbia, Illinois, in the summer of 2007.  The dates for the 2007
summer sessions are:

*            June 24-June 29, 2007
            July 15 - July 20, 2007
            Additional dates will be planned if needed

2006 institutes were at capacity, so please reserve spaces for next summer's
institutes now.  For additional information, call the NCCSTL office and
speak with Charisse Jackson (241-5103 x12) or Martin Rafanan (x11). Senior
Administrators of school districts, including Superintendents, Assistant
Superintendents, Principals, Teachers and Teacher Educators from throughout
the metropolitan St. Louis Region can participate in this intense training
process that strengthens personal and professional leadership for education
equity and constructive institutional change.  Nationwide attention to this
process is bringing attendees from across the country.  A new report on the
