(Name-mce) ListServ Professional Development Programs

Dear Colleagues:

  I am trying to gather information on strong professional development programs for in-service K-12 teachers. I'd specifically appreciate receiving suggestions on existing programs that are identified as helping practitioners (1) deepen their understanding of African American and Latino populations in general, and (2) learn how to provide effective instruction for children from these communities. 

  I appreciate your suggestions!
