In August, my organization, Youth For Understanding USA (YFU USA) will
be welcoming 1,912 international students to the United States for
homestay exchanges for the year. Finding volunteer American host
families is one of the most challenging tasks for YFU USA. As of today,
we still need to find placements for 649 students arriving next month.

If you know anyone who might be interested in hosting an exchange
student for 2006-07, please let me know. For additional information on

from overseas, host families gain a global perspective, many memories,
and a new family member. YFU host families represent diverse
