May I suggest: Austin, TX or Tulsa, OK; Chicago, IL or  St. Louis, MO; Columbia, SC or Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ or San Diego, CA... would be nice to set up in locations that other organizations have not tapped out ... just a thought.
