The Community Alliance of Lane County seeks an Executive Director to
provide dynamic and visionary leadership.

 

CALC is a 40-year old peace and justice nonprofit organization with a
rich history of activism in the Eugene-Springfield area.  CALC works
with partner organizations on multiple peace and justice issues
including racial justice.

 

The Executive Director will report to the eight-member board of
directors and oversee a staff of 4 part-time employees. Duties include
organizational leadership, staff supervision and program management,
financial management and fundraising, and facilities management. CALC's
annual budget is under $150,000.

 

The salary is negotiable but budgeted at $30,000 per year for an
expected workweek of 30 hours per week or less. Benefits are included.

 

We seek an activist with a proven record in managing organizations and
programs, experience and success in fundraising for nonprofit
organizations, a collegial and collaborative work style with experience
in supervision, dedicated to grass-roots social change, and successful
in working in diverse communities.
