Tell us more, Mary. What's the purpose? Who provided the grant and admin 
money? Do they have expectations? Would students, faculty and staff want 
different things?

Is it meant to be a resource *about* multiculturalism? Or is it meant to 
be a place like a women's centre where students/staff/faculty of diverse 
communities can hang out, get support, etc?

Please provide a bit more info/direction.
