The Community Alliance of Lane County seeks an Executive Director to
provide dynamic and visionary leadership.

CALC is a 40-year old peace and justice nonprofit organization with a
rich history of activism in the Eugene-Springfield area.  CALC works
with partner organizations on multiple peace and justice issues
including economic and racial justice.

The Executive Director will report to the board of directors and
oversee a staff of 4 part-time employees. Duties include
organizational leadership, staff supervision and program management,
financial management and fundraising, and facilities management.
CALC's annual budget is approximately $180,000.

The salary is budgeted at $35,000 per year. Benefits are included.

We seek an activist with a proven record in managing organizations and
programs, including financial management, experience and success in
fundraising for nonprofit organizations, a collegial and collaborative
work style with experience in supervision, dedicated to grass-roots
social change, and successful in working in diverse communities.
