When the poll was first mentioned I had just done an annotated list
for a project.  I sent that to Paul privately since the request was
not for annotation.  However, since I don't think I've seen any of the
books below (maybe a couple have been there) on the lists, I think
it's important to state there are areas of diversity that have not
been touched much yet--and disability is one.
