2007 National Women's History Project's Honorees

Nominations for 2007 Honorees for National Women's History Month are now
due September 15, 2006.

All NWHP Network members are invited to nominate a 2007 Honoree.

Send a 500 to 1500 word nomination essay. This essay will be essential
in deciding the 2007 Honorees whose life and work must exemplify the
2007 theme, "Generations of Women Moving History Forward." Women
representing a variety of cultures and generations will be selected as
2007 Honorees. Please include:

*	Birth and death (if deceased) dates. 
*	Please consider young women as well as older women as possible
nominees. 
*	Why you are nominating this woman? 
*	How has the work of your nominee "Moved History Forward?"
*	Discuss how your nominee addressed the issues of her generation.


All nominations must be sent by September 15th, 2006.
