Hi Heather:

I've been there too. You may need to take a break (retreat) to be nice to
yourself and recharge. I'm a great believer in networking...face to face
and on email.....expanding my circle helps me to connect with like minded
people, to find allies to share ideas and to actually build alliances to
do the work together...

I have professional alliances, spiritual ones, and personal allies...I
also try to celebrate the accomplishments of all my students, colleagues
and friends and be thankful for all thoses kindred spirits and positive
movements of which I am aware.

Congratulations for reaching out...I wish I could take you to lunch or for
a walk...you deserve it.
